Made to Order Products
All of our products are made to order and printed specifically for each customer. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:

Once verified, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund, depending on the situation.
Incorrect or Missing Items
If you receive the wrong item or if an item is missing from your order, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will investigate and arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Lost Orders
If your order is lost in transit and confirmed as such by the shipping carrier, we will provide a replacement or refund once the issue is verified.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of print on demand, returns are not accepted unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Incorrect Address
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, a refund will not be issued. In some cases, reshipping may be possible at the customer’s expense.
